In the third quarter of 2025, the health and fitness app market in Nigeria saw notable activity on the Android platform. Here's a closer look at the performance of the top five apps in this category, based on data from Sensor Tower.

The app's weekly downloads showed an upward trend mid-quarter, reaching 17.9K in the week of July 21. Active users fluctuated, starting at 194.9K and peaking at 208K in early September before settling at 189.9K by the end of the quarter.

Home Workout for Women saw its weekly downloads decline significantly after mid-August, dropping from 18.9K to just 44 by the end of September. However, active users increased to 24.7K in early August before a steady decline to 13.4K by the end of the quarter.
